ORDER

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police to register the First Information Report in pursuance of the order dated 07.01.2026 in Crl.MP.No.1203 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, at Poonamallee.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that in compliance of the order dated 07.01.2026 passed in Crl.MP.No.1203 of 2025 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamallee, a First Information Report has been registered in Crime No.7 of 2026 as against one Karunakaran, S/o.Manoharan for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323 and 498A of IPC. 3.
