The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.03.2015 and pass orders to appoint the petitioner's as a casual Mazdoor for seasonal spraying in the sanitary department.
2.Even though the petitioner has submitted his representation to the respondent dated 06.03.2015, the respondent has not taken any action to dispose of the same, which prompted the petitioner to move this Court for the above direction.
3.Considering the limited scope of prayer, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.03.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and after conducting enquiry, within a period of eight weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
