ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to de-seal the petitioner's godown in the name and style of M/s.P.C.Malpani and Co., situated in the ground floor of the building bearing New Door No.6, Old No.134, South Mada Church Street, Royapuram, Chennai 600 013.
2. When this matter was taken up for hearing on 03.03.2025, this Court had passed the following orders:
"Mr.D.B.R.Prabhu, learned standing counsel takes notice for the respondent. He seeks time to get instructions.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since the property tax arrears were not paid by the tenant, the godown of the petitioner was closed. Further, he would submit that without issuing notice to the petitioner, the respondent 2/5
locked the godown of the petitioner and therefore seeks to deseal the same.
3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondent is directed to deseal the petitioner's godown subject to payment of a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this order would stand cancelled automatically without further reference to this Court.
4. Post on 25.03.2025."

Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the entire property tax arrears were duly paid by the petitioner and subsequently, the subject property was de-sealed by the respondent. Hence, he would submit that no further order is required in this petition and requests this Court to close this petition.
4. The above submissions made by the petitioner was also confirmed by the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent. 3/5
5. Recording the above submissions, this writ petition is closed. No cost. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
