This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 18.03.2016 passed in Crl.O.P.No.6029 of 2016.

Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) on instruction, submitted that the F.I.R., in Crime No. 73 of 2015 has been closed on 25.03.2016 as a mistake of fact. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), the Contempt petition stands closed.
