ORDER

This Criminal original petition has been filed to transfer the proceedings pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate III, Puducherry to the file of Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirukovilur now Kallakurichi District (Old Villupuram District).

The main ground that has been raised by the petitioner is that she is facing a threat in the hands of the respondent and she has no one else to take care of her at Puducherry. According to the petitioner, she is residing at Thirukovilur with her parents.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the apprehension raised by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to be represented by a counsel before the Court below and she shall be present before the Court below at the time of questioning under Section 313 Cr.P.C and at the time https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of passing of the final judgement.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Court below to complete the proceedings in STC No.445 of 2018 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate III, Puducherry, as expeditiously as possible from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
