ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent Police to register a case on the complaint dated 11.06.2015, given by the petitioner and to investigate the same, in accordance with law, expeditiously.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3. It is seen that a petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.214 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the first respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.214 of 2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
