ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The Petitioner herein, apprehending arrest at the hands of the Respondent Police, for having allegedly committed the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 417 and 506(ii) of IPC in Cr.No.Not known of 2020, has filed this Criminal Original Petition, under Section 438 of Cr.PC, seeking anticipatory bail. Heard both sides.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent would submit that the case is at the CSR stage and a petition enquiry is pending against the Petitioner.

In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the Respondent Police shall issue notice under Section 41A of Cr.PC to the Petitioner to appear before the Respondent Police and conduct the enquiry, by strictly following the procedures contemplated therein. The Investigating Officer shall register the First Information Report or close the complaint within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the Investigating Officer is of the opinion that there are sufficient grounds to arrest the Petitioner, then, he has to state the reasons in writing and communicate the same to the Petitioner.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
