Seeking leave to sue defendants, the applicant has come up with this application.

2. The applicant is the plaintiff. The suit is filed for partition.

3. Learned counsel for the plaintiff/applicant submits that some of the defendants and some of the properties are residing outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court, though others are residing within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. Hence, he prays for grant of leave.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and taking note of the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted.
