The petitioner seeks transfer of FCOP.No.38 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court, Chengelpattu to the Family Court, Chennai. The said petition has been filed by the husband seeking divorce under section 13(1)(a) of the Hindu Marriage Act.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/ husband would submit that he has no objection for transfer being ordered, but, he has got reservations regarding the allegations made in the affidavit filed in support of the transfer petition. 3.In the light of the above statement made by the counsel for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. FCOP.No.38 of 2021 pending on the file of the Family Court, Chengalpattu is withdrawn and transferred to the II Additional Family Court, Chennai. Court has not pronounced upon any of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
