When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that during the pendancy of this writ petition, the petitioner died. Till date the legal heirs not taken any steps to include their name. Hence, this Court may close the writ petition by granting liberty to the legal heirs of the petitioner to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
