Respondent Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed, under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to carry out necessary changes with regard to the petitioner's name in the death certificate of the petitioner's husband issued by the 2nd respondent on 04.08.2020 by considering the representation dated 10.02.2023 made by the petitioner.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to carry out necessary changes with regard to the petitioner's name in the death certificate of the petitioner's husband issued by the 2nd respondent on 04.08.2020 by considering the representation dated 10.02.2023 made by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.P.T.Ramadevi, Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. Though this Writ Petition has been filed to carryout the changes the petitioner's name in the death certificate of her husband said to have been issued by the second respondent on 04.08.2020. While going through the averments, I find that the petitioner claims certain amount from L.I.C, and hence, proper enquiry has to be conducted.

4. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to file all necessary documents and the second respondent shall conduct proper enquiry within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and pass orders thereafter.

5. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above terms. No costs. 17.03.2023 nvi 2/4
