The petitioner has filed the present contempt petition praying to punish the respondent for the willful and deliberate violation of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.970 of 2016 dated 11.01.2016.

2. Ms.A.Sri Jayanthi, learned Special Government https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Pleader has taken notice to the respondent. She has

produced before this court, a copy of the proceedings of the Revenue Tahsildar, Sankarankoil passed in Na.Ka.No.A10/2036/2015 dated 12.09.2016, by which, the earlier order passed dated 02.09.2016 was confirmed.
