2. Delay in filing claim petition is sought to be condoned. Reason for the delay as can be culled out from the support affidavit is, the petitioner came to know only recently that his father had deposited in the company in liquidation and he has located the original receipt while cleaning his room.

3. Learned counsel for applicant Mr.K.Subramanian is before this Court.

4. Mr.Bavisetty Sridhar, learned 'Deputy Official Liquidator' ['Deputy OL' for the sake of brevity] on behalf of Official Liquidator attached to this Court submits that he has no serious objection to the COD prayer being acceded to.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and considering the nature of the matter, this Court is inclined to accede to the COD prayer 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Comp.Application No.182 of 2022 in C.P.No.130 of 1999 M.SUNDAR.J., gpa albeit with a rider that the applicant shall now file the claim petition along with the original receipt within a fortnight from today i.e., on or before 01.07.2022.
