This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10a.m., until further order in Crl.O.P.No.28448 of 2023, dated 03.01.2024.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed and thereafter as directed by the trial Court.
