The petitioner has filed this petition seeking extension of the time to surrender before the lower Court in pursuance with order 31.07.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.17245 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant sought further time to surrender before the trial Court.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a further period of six weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the lower Court in pursuance with order 31.07.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.17245 of 2024, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
