Writ Petition No.34921 of 2015 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records connected with the orders dated 03.07.2012 passed by the 1st respondent in C.P.No.100 of 2007 insofar as it relates to the deprived portion of the claim amount of Rs.4,92,191/- by awarding Rs.93,012/- against his actual claim of Rs.5,85,203/- quash https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Writ Petition No.34922 of 2015 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records connected with the orders dated 03.07.2012 passed by the 1st respondent in C.P.No.102 of 2007 insofar as it relates to the deprived portion of the claim amount of Rs.3,89,055/- by awarding Rs.23,822/- against his actual claim of Rs.4,12,877/- quash the same and also to direct the 3rd respondent on behalf of the 2nd respondent to disburse the petitioner the entire amount claimed in the above C.P. with due interest.
