O R D E R

It is represented that the order, which is the subject matter of this Contempt Petition, has been complied with vide proceedings of the District Education Officer, Gobichettipalayam in Na.Ka.No.6948/A2/2016 dated 07.08.2017, which is taken on file and recorded.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that as a consequence of the compliance order, necessary direction may be given to the respondent to disburse the benefit of salary to the petitioner within a short period of time.

3. The learned Government Advocate, on instruction, undertakes that consequential benefits in the form of arrears of salary will be disbursed shortly.

4. In the light of the above, the respondent/contemnor is directed to confer the benefit of payment of salary in pursuant to the above said order of compliance, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
