Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the body of petitioner's minor daughter S.Shabana Nazrin aged 17 years before this Court and hand over her custody to the petitioner.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The relief sought for in the present Habeas Corpus Petition is for a direction to produce the body of the petitioner's minor daughter S.Shabana Nazrin, aged about 17 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted the proceedings recorded by the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Judicial Magistrate, Bhavani. The detenue Ms. S.Shabana Nazrin had been produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bhavani on 02.01.2018 at about 11.00 am. Accordingly, the minor girl, namely S.Shabana Nazrin, had been handed over to the custody of her parents. The father of the detenue also had given a statement on 02.01.2018 before the Inspector of Police, Ammapet Police Station.

3. In view of the fact that the detenue had been secured by the respondent police and handed over to the custody of her parents, no further adjudication is required in this Habeas Corpus Petition.

Accordingly, this petition stands closed.
