ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 279, 337, 379 IPC and 21(1) Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act 1957, in Crime No.1483 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that on 28.10.2020 the defacto complainant along with her aunty went to his relative home by two wheeler driven by the defacto complainant. The 1st accused had driven the vehicle of the petitioner, who was arrayed as A2, from south to west in a very rash and negligent manner, carrying the collision with the vehicle of the defacto complainant and both of them sustained injuries. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the fact that there are eight previous cases pending against the petitioner, which reveals that the petitioner is a habitual offender and in such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
