PRAYER in W.P.No.7289 of 2012: This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the concerned records from the third respondent relating the selection dated 20.06.2022 for the post of the Deputy Director (Community Care Centre) which is filed as Ex.A and quash the same and issue a consequential order directing the third respondent to permit the petitioner to continue in the post of Deputy Director (Community Care Centre) till the completion of the NACP-III.
PRAYER in W.P.No.7290 of 2012: This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the concerned records from the second and third respondents relating to the Minutes of Meeting of the Special Executive Committee dated 30.06.2011 which is filed as Ex-B and consequential order bearing ref. No. Proc. No. 09532/A1-1/ESTT/TANSACS/2011 dated 30.06.2022 Ex-C passed by the third respondent and to quash the same and issue a consequential direction to the second and fourth respondent to reinstate the petitioner in the post of the Deputy Director (Community Care Centre) till the completion of the NACP-III, with full backwages and all other consequential benefits.
