CR.NO.27 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.1530/2021 by order dated 02.03.2021 directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Order :This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.C.KARL MARX, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.PRABAKAR Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the bail conditions imposed in Crl.O,P.No.1530 of 2021 by order dated 02.03.2021 directing the Petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, while granting bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is still pending and that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e. 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
