(CR.NO.1/2017) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in Crl.M.P.No. 358/2022 in Crl.O.P.No. 5237 of 2021 dated 24.01.2022 the petitioner shall report before the Theevattipaty Police Station, Salem daily at 10.30a.m. until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.SANKARASUBBU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.358 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.5237 of 2021 by an order dated 24.01.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation completed and the charge sheet has filed, the petition for relaxation may be modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer once in a week.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m. is modified to the effect that the petitioner should report before the Investigating Officer on every Saturday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
