Today, this matter was listed under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeking correction in the order dated 30.06.2022.

2. When the matter was called, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in paragraph 8 of the order dated 30.06.2022, it has been inadvertently typed as respondents 1 to 4, hence, seeks this Court to change it to 5th respondent.

3.Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, Paragraph No.8 of the Order dated 30.06.2022 is to be read as follows: "...8. At the same time, this Court is of the view that the 5th respondent has no right to indulge in prevent ingress and egress of the factory premises of the petitioner Company, the learned Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) submitted that no such indulging activity is happening. If any such activity is happening inside the premises, it is the duty of the respondent Police to act in accordance with law."
