O R D E R

Alleging that the order passed by this Court has not been complied with by the respondent, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. Heard Mr.R.Prabakar, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr.I.Arokiasamy, learned Government https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Advocate, appearing for the Respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent submits that orders have been passed by the Respondent in a proceedings R.c.No. 8156/2015/A6, dated 12.08.2016 in compliance with the order passed by this Court. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings issued by the Respondent.

4. In such view of the matter, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
