Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus and direct the 1st Respondent to issue instructions to all District Managers of the Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation to not insist deposit of service tax on 99% of the earnest money deposit amount paid by the licensed members of the petitioner association to the Government of Tamil Nadu.
