ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by order dated 05.12.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.17192 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.23856 of 2024 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23856 of 2024 by order dated 27.09.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.17192 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.23856 of 2024 dated 05.12.2024 is relaxed.
