This Criminal Revision Petition is filed by the convicted accused to revise the order dated 13.12.2010 in S.T.C.No.945 of 2008 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Neyveli and as confirmed by the Judgment dated 16.09.2011 in Crl.A.No.1 of 2011 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge at Cuddalore.

Today, i.e. 07.09.2018, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would represented that during the pendency of this Criminal Revision, the revision petitioner / Subramanian, S/o Thirumalai was died and hence the proceedings stands abated. 3.
Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as abated.
