This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to transfer the investigation to some other competent officer to investigate the complaint in FIR No.1156 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented the enquiry in Crime No.1156 of 2013 was conducted and the closure report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate II, Coimbatore, after service of RCS notice to the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
