PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 16.02.2023 and to direct the 2nd respondent to issue Non-traceable certificate as per the Circular Memorandum in RC.No.2029209/General.1(1)/2022 dated 01.04.2022. O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 16.02.2023 and to direct the 2nd respondent to issue Non-traceable certificate as per the Circular Memorandum in RC.No.2029209/General.1(1)/2022 dated 01.04.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that based on the representation given by the petitioner, petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.55 of 2023 is pending. He further submitted that the Director General of Police issued a Circular Memorandum in Rc.No.2029209/General.1(1)/2022 dated 01.04.2022 with regard to the procedure to be followed for the issuance of Non Traceable Certificate. He also submitted that following the instructions given in the Circular Memorandum, necessary action would be taken subject to production of required documents by the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, on receiving required documents from the petitioner, the respondent Police is directed to dispose of the representation

within a period of four weeks thereafter.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
