1. The detenu/Prathik R.Kataria, who is aged about 24 years, has been secured. The petitioner is the father of the detenu.

2. The detenu/Prathik R.Kataria has expressed his desire to remain in the company of his father i.e., the petitioner.

3. In these circumstances, no further orders are called for in the petition.

4. Accordingly, the petition is closed.
