(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned Notice No.Z.O.6.C.No./84/ 2017 dated /2017 signed by the concerned officers on 17/02/2017, issued by the 2nd respondent.

2. After making submissions, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would exhaust the alternative remedy available under Section 80-A of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act.

3. In such view of the matter, we give liberty to the petitioner to exhaust the statutory remedy available under the statute within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, along with the stay application. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
