2. Heard Mr.Dillibabu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the fact that respondent has not raised any objection in allowing this petition, instant Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
