Mr.D.Ravichander,SGP Order This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to subdivide the property, morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition and thereafter issue separate Patta in the name of the petitioner, for the said property. 2.As seen from the documents filed along with this writ petition, the petitioner's application has been rejected by the respondent through a

WhatsApp message. The petitioner has been informed that her application seeking for Patta has been rejected since parent documents were not produced by the petitioner.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would now submit that the petitioner is having possession of the parent documents. 4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondent if the petitioner is directed to produce the parent documents as sought for by the respondent and a direction is issued to the respondent to consider the petitioner's application once again seeking for sub division and for issuance of separate Patta, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this court and after hearing all the necessary parties. 5.This court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's request for grant of Patta.

6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to reconsider the petitioner's representation dated 23.01.2026 seeking for sub division of the property, morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition and for issuance of separate Patta in the name of the petitioner,

after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the respondent decides to reject the petitioner's application, the respondent will have to pass a speaking order with regard to the contentions of the petitioner as well as the supporting documents produced by the petitioner. No costs.
