The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submits that the matter has now become infructuous. Since the representation dated 24.10.2013 has already been considered subsequent to the filing of the writ petition on 29.01.2014 by passing of the final orders by the first respondent. A copy of the order dated 29.01.2014 has also been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, who is also satisfied with the same.
