ORDER

These Writ Petitions have been filed challenging the notice dated 24.02.2023 issued by the second respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner is being summoned for investigation pursuant to the registration of the FIR in Crime Nos.3 and 5 on the file of the second respondent.

4. Recording the said submission, all the Writ Petitions are closed. However, the second respondent is at liberty to issue a fresh summons in accordance with law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
