Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to lift the notice of attachment in so far as the property bearing S.F.No.221/2 and S.F.No.276/1-B is concerned only as evidenced from the notice of attachment issued by the respondent in Na.Ka.1803/2004/A3 dated 02.01.2012 so as to make the entire payment of arrears of sales tax and other dues related to the petitioner's company under the Tamil Nadu Sales Tax (Settlement of Arrears) Act, 2011.

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to lift the notice of attachment in so far as the property bearing S.F.No.221/2 and S.F.No.276/1-B is concerned only as evidenced from the notice of attachment issued by the respondent in Na.Ka.1803/2004/A3 dated 02.01.2012 so as to make the entire payment of arrears of sales tax and other dues related to the petitioner's company under the Tamil Nadu Sales Tax (Settlement of Arrears) Act, 2011.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has sought to settle the dispute and Certificate of Settlement of Arrears has been issued, the amounts has also been paid and the notice of attachment is lifted. The learned counsel for the respondent also confirmed the same.

3.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
