In accordance with the request made by the Presiding Officer, III Additional Labour Court, Chennai, vide letter dated 03.03.2022 and in continuation of the earlier order of this Court dated 29.08.2019, the period to dispose of C.P.No.283/2011 is extended by three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
