It is submitted by the Special Government Pleader that, after the disposal of the Writ Petition No.29360 of 2014, in which, the contempt petitioner and other writ petitioners raised allegation against the third respondentJothimani Ramasay, proceedings were initiated against the said third respondent, and challenging the same, she has filed a Writ Petition, being W.P.No.22879 of 2016, and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ obtained an order of interim stay.

In the light of the above, this Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
