This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4432 of 2023 in para 7 (b) of the order as follows :- "7(b). the petitioner is directed to stay at Special Camp at Trichy for a period of three months and thereafter, report before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and if he failed to comply with the said condition, the bail granted to the petitioner shall stands automatically cancelled."

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that only such people, who are threat to the security of nation alone would be kept in the special camp to save internal security, however, the petitioner has not committed any henious offence. He would submit that the petitioner 1/3

is not an antisocial element and he is an educated man and he got married and his wife belongs to Pattukkottai. Therefore, he has filed this petition to modify the condition.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition to report before the respondent police is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily twice in the morning at 10.30 a.m. and evening at 05.30 p.m. until further orders.

4. Except the above modification, the other conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No. 4432 of 2023 vide order dated 28.02.2023 shall remain unalterted.

5. Time is extended for further period of two weeks for execution of sureties from the date of receipt of the copy of order. 17.03.2023 rpp 2/3
