2. On 23.08.2017, when the matter was called in the morning , there was no representation for the petitioner and it was again called at 1.20 p.m. There was no representation for the petitioner and hence the matter was directed to be posted under the caption "for dismissal" on 24.08.2017. Thereafter, the matter is listed today under the caption "for dismissal".

3.Even today, when the matter was called, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Crl.O.P. is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, M.P.Nos. 1 and 2 of 2011 are also dismissed.
