By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner in her representation dated 20.04.2015, submitted to the second respondent, stated that the premises bearing

No.D/145, D-Block, Navalar Neducheliyan Nagar, Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board, Chindatripet, Chennai, was allotted to her husband and about 20 years back, her husband passed away and the petitioner continues to reside in the very same premises along with her family. The petitioner has also paid the necessary dues. However, without any rhyme or reason, the respondents are attempting to dispossess her. In this regard, the petitioner submitted the above said representation. Since no response is forthcoming, the petitioner came forward with this Writ Petition.

3. Heard the submissions made by Mr.M.Murugesan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.B.Kesavan, learned standing counsel, who accepts notice for respondents.

4. This Court, considering the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the petitioner's representation, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 20.04.2015 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner.
