This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the Charge Sheet in C.C.No.110 of 2008 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-II, Tirupur.

2. Heard the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. When this Court was about to dismiss this petition on merits, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all the points before the trial Court and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
