The relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to register the deed of cancellation of settlement dated 04.02.2019, executed and presented by the petitioner unilaterally for the reason of fraud, compulsion, undue influence made on her by the 3rd respondent herein and apart from it does not acted upon, thereby cancelling the deed of settlement dated 27.07.2018 which registered as Doc No.10559/2018 with the office of Sub-Registrar, Kundrathur, without insisting for re-submission with bilaterally along with 3rd respondent herein.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the dispute between the petitioner and the Page No.2 of 5
fourth respondent has been settled amicably. Hence, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.
3. In view of the above submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
