ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking to set aside the rejection order passed in RLTOP.Sr.9218 of 2024 by the X Small Causes Court, Chennai on Page No:1/4
04.02.2025 and consequently direct the trial Court to number the case and decide the same on merits in accordance with law.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Rent Controller by following the judgment in the case of Padmavathy vs. Amudha Pearls in C.R.P.No.2766 of 2022 vide order dated 11.03.2024, had earlier returned the petition as not maintainable. Subsequently, the same Court in similar cases, taking into consideration the judgment of this Court in C.R.P.Nos.3985 of 2020 and etc., batch dated 23.04.2024 ordered to number such similar applications. Thereby, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested that this petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to represent the RLTOP petition before the X Small Causes Court, Chennai. He also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement so made, this revision petition is dismissed as Page No:2/4
