DURAISWAMY, J) It is brought to the notice of this court by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that the petitioners/appellants had not complied with the conditional order dated 07.06.2022 by depositing a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees twenty lakhs only) to the credit of the suit.

2. By order dated 07.06.2022 itself we made it clear that in the case of noncompliance of the order, the interim stay granted shall stand vacated automatically without any further reference to this Court

3. Now it is brought to the notice of this court that the petitioners/appellants had not complied with the conditional order.

4. In view of the same, the interim stay granted on 07.06.2022 shall stand vacated.

The petition is dismissed.
