vjt C O M M O N O R D E R A short order is passed in both the Civil Revision Petitions without going into the merits, but with a request to the Learned Sub Court, Palacode to dispose I.A. No. 55 of 2021 in O.S. No. 102 of 2014 and also R.E.A. No. 14 of 2021 in R.E.P. No. 107 of 2017 in O.S. No. 102 of 2014 along with pending applications in the Execution Petition. Keeping I.A. No. 55 of 2021 and R.E.A. No. 14 of 2021 pending would be to no advantage to the Learned Judge. Therefore, the Learned Judge is directed to give a decision on the the said I.A. No. 55 of 2021 and R.E.A. No. 14 of 2021 at the earliest.

2. With the said observations, both the Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No order as to costs.
