Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to cancel settlement deed dated 12.08.2009 in document No.7064/2009, the settlement deed dated 15.06.2009, vide in document No.5189/2009 and the sale deed dated 23.01.2013 in document No.803/2013 registered on the file of 4th Respondent based upon the petitioner representation dated 07.03.2022. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to this effect.

2.In light of the fact that the petitioner's application dated 07.03.2022 filed under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 has been disposed on 28.02.2022, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order in accordance with law.

3.Recording the aforesaid, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
