The petitioner has filed this writ petition, seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 herein to consider his representation dated 15.3.2021, after completion of his tenure as Gallery Guard, Government Museum, Cuddalore.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Karthikeibalan, learned Government Advocate, by producing a copy of the communication dated 29.03.2021 addressed to him by the Principal Secretary to Government, has submitted that the petitioner has been permitted to continue his services at the Government Museum, Cuddalore District beyond 09.04.2021 for the remaining period as per G.O.(D) No.76, Higher Education (H1) Department dated 27.05.2020 and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate and the proceedings of the Principal Secretary to Government dated 29.03.2021, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
