This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.1881 of 2023 by order dated 06.02.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
