Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondents in connection with the impugned order passed by the first respondent in DO No.1250/2005 in C.No.H1/46673/2004 dated 28.9.2005, the second respondent in RC No.121938/Con.I(2)/2004 dated 13.8.2014, and third respondent in RC No.B1/1517/12441/2006 dated 28.8.2014 and first respondent in C.No.H1/08262/2006 dated 3.9.2014 and quash the same and direct the respondents to superannuate late Jayaraj from service and settle his retirement benefits with interest at 12% compounded annually within a reasonable time.
